Absolutely FILTHY! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!

Absolutely nothing. It looks NOTHING like the images advertised!! The place was horrendously filthy. The moment we walked in, we knew not to unpack our bags! We were greeted with rubbish all out the front of the house, then MOUSE DROPPINGS on the dirty kitchen counter! Every drawer was filled with dirty cutlery and glassware. The walls and surfaces were sticky had spills down them and covered in dust. The downstairs bathroom smelt like sewrage, and was moldy. The towels had hairs all over them like they had not been replaced. The wifi did not work and the wifi modems were left in a tangled ball all over the floor. There were dirty table linens scrunched in drawers and the carpets were covered in what looked like dog hair and drool. The bed head to one of the beds was covered in dried snot! The other beds sheets were stained and had hair throughout them. We made multiple attempts to contact the owner and was given the runnaround for 2 days. When we did get a hold of her (Kandaka Properties) she was rude, extremely hard to deal with and lied constantly. She then kept most of our money, even though we didn't spend one night there. Her attempts to have the issue resolved was to send incompetent "cleaners" to the property, only to leave it undesirable and without changing bed linen, that were stained and dirty. She then couldn't understand why, after 2 days of attempts to "clean", that we wouldn't want to stay there and insisted our group were the issue because we wouldn't allow her to clean it a THIRD time to our standard....the entire ordeal was frustrating, costly and stressful. We had to find alternative accommodation the day we arrived. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY OR ANYTHING FROM KANDAKA PROPERTIES!!!!

FILTHY, MICE INFESTED, SMELLY, NOT AS PICTURED, SMALL, STEEP TINY STAIRCASE, NO WIFI AS ADVERTISED, OWNER IS RUDE AND LIES AND WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY!! SCAMMERS!!! I left a google review, to which she called me a liar, even though I have photos, and texts between us. This woman and her Kandaka Properties are a scam! They will take your money after falsely advertising homes, that are nothing like they are represented on here. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Beautiful house and location, perfect for a weekend away with friends!

The location was absolutely perfect for me and my friends who were visiting for a friend’s 21st! The house was in amazing condition, comfortable beds and plenty of space for all of us.

− There was a bit of an odd smell when we used the showers.
