Die Lage war zentral, Grösse auch.

− Mängel in der Wohnung, Küchenfenster nicht zu öffnen, keine Geschirrhandtücher, Geschirr stand nass im Schrank. Beleuchtung im Bad dürftig, Wasserhahn wackelt. Fenster im Einzelzimmer undicht muss repariert werden. Fernseher ,Fehlanzeige. Sauberkeit? Wohnung sollte gepflegt sein und nicht nur vermietet werden. Für ein paar Tage wenig Komfort, eher für 1 Übernachtung geeignet. In der Küche wenig Ausstattung
