Pleasant Apartments and Wonderful Hospitality

Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to a small beach, although we often went a bit further to Playa de Los Narejos, which we loved. The host, Sergio, is an exceptionally kind and welcoming person. He kindly allowed us to check out later, which was a huge help since we were traveling with small kids – and as any parent knows, that can be a bit chaotic 😊 We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back again.

− Just a small note for future guests: the apartment is located on the second floor and access is via stairs only, which might be useful to know for families with small children or elderly guests. Also, there is a small training airport nearby, so planes can be heard quite often, including training flights during weekdays in working hours, but it didn’t disturb our stay.

Great location for us. Short walk to beach, strip and old town. Very good communication with host.

− Nothing really, was very spacious and clean. We never used much facilities or cooked there but plenty if needed.

Ideal location for easy access to beach and 525. Parking spot available but also plenty free parking in vicinity. Apartment is well equipped with all that you need and spotlessly clean. Shampoo and shower gel provided which was a bonus. Having English speaking channels on TV was also good. Travel hairdryer was available which was surprisingly powerful and the use of the outdoor terrace just added to the overall experience Communication with owner was first class. Would recommend and would stay again if back in the area.

− Could sometimes hear the neighbours coming and going but this is to be expected in an apartment and did not detract from overall positive experience
