− Plane was delayed which i told host Couldnt accuse my keys ,had two numbers to call no one answered or never called back ,had to find and pay for new room for the night Never checked into franki till next day asked for a late checkout and was told i would have to pay😢

− We are here for 3 nights. One of the electric curtain was broken in the living room, the main bedroom’s bedsheet was dirty. Free Milk (for coffee) expired on the day we checked in. We reported all these issues on the first day. The staff has reply promptly however non of these issues have been solved during our stay (expect the broken curtain I agree to fix after we checked out)
