Beautiful large oceanfront home perfect for our large family that needs some attention.

Location, size, amenities,

− Exterior was poorly maintained with nails sticking out on stairs, mold, difficult to use slider s teen doors . Interior numerous lights bulbs needed replacing , half bath toilet needed repairing
