7.0The fire is amazing and made the house so cozy!! Good shower & overall clean house.
− The internet was very poor and frustrating to be able to access TV netflix etc.
Overall we were very happy with our stay. Beds were comfortable and showers were great. Good parking

− Kitchen tap needed repairing and the water was extremely hot in kitchen. Probably just needed tightening under the sink.

7.0We had a great stay in Hanmer Springs. The house was comfortable and the kids loved their room. The downstairs bedroom could use some heating, but overall it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay, perfect for our grown family group.
10.0So much space for a grown family but lots of together spaces too. The house was perfect for our group. Easy close walk to town and lovely outlook.
− Minor issues: One of the buttons on the oven is broken but we figured out how to use it, would have been useful to know, also no instruction on using the coffee machine but again - minor issues.
