Disappointing could easily have been perfect
7.0Fantastic new apartment with great views
− Description was inaccurate we were booked into the wrong apartment and said there was no parking when there was a garage and outside parking The owner only responded by sms didn’t answer phone calls We also had an issue with a credit card which had expired since booking the apartment There was also no iron ironing board or kettle which we raised with the owner but no response so we purchased these ourselves The owner was initially not going to let us in I corrected this on booking.com and pointed out to the owner that we had a 2nd credit card on the booking.com system. He is still hassling me as he apparently has only received the deposit I have repeatedly told him to raise the issue with booking.com
