8.0We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space). My messages (about parking and about the WiFi) through the Expedia app didn't get responses, and the messages I received as emails from Expedia didn't show that my questions on the app had been read. When I tried to respond to the emails received during our stay (6/24 & 6/25), both links (for management and for Expedia) opened up to empty screens.
