Lovely family home to stay in Exmouth.
8.0Position was beautiful being on the water. Lots of space. Pool. Comfortable beds and nice linen. Coffee pod machine in kitchen really handy.
− Unable to open windows. Would be nice to have paper towels, tea, a good frypan in kitchen. Uneven driveway to be wary of, I rolled my ankle taking the bins out.
We enjoyed our stay overall, but felt that the cleanliness of the property needed to be improved
7.0While the property's location and overall layout worked well for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children and the property was very comfortable ' it did fall short of our expectations for the reasons stated below.
− The property's score was impacted negatively due to the following. We were concerned to find black mould along the walls, cornices and ceiling in the family bathroom and also in both the shower cubicles (i.e. also the one in the master ensuite). The BBQ was not cleaned properly and we ended up not using it at all. The washing machine had a build up of dirt on its rubber seal and the air-conditioning return air grille was very clogged up with dust and dirt. We also felt that the provision of a single tea towel and only 2 bin bags was inadequate for our family's needs in view of the length of our stay. If the above issues were rectified, the property would be excellent, and it would score a 10.

9.0We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The home is beautiful and sits in a perfect location close to the marina. The private jetty was fantastic for mooring our boat and enjoying some night fishing. Plus, the kids had an absolute blast in the pool—there was truly something for everyone! Best of all, the hospitality was unmatched. The owners were with us every step of the way and were more than happy to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommend!
− We did notice some pet hair on the interior floors and couch when we arrived. Also, the previous guests had left fish waste in the outside bin, which had a very strong smell. However, as soon as we mentioned the bin to the owners, they were incredibly nice about it and happy to get it cleaned up straight away!

9.0Really nice house with great outdoor space to sit and direct water access at the jetty. Large living space with big and well equipped kitchen. We cooked there every night and had a great time at the place

Good to know
As part of our Dog Policy please take note the pool is serviced every Friday between 11am and 1pm. If you have any dogs with you, (even small dogs) could you please secure your dog during that period or have them at another location if you don’t mind? If your dog is not secured the Pool guy will not enter the property and charge us regardless. If that happens, we don't want to but will unfortunately need to pass the cost to the guest as we will still require the pool maintenance to continue at another time and pay for it. We hope you understand and will truly appreciate it if you could assist us in securing your dog for two hours on a Friday. We thank you in advance.Managed by a private host
