Good location/place for the price.

− You can get a park map & pool access at the front office, but you check in with the property owner & pay them directly. Decent mobile home for a short time. We only stayed for a quick weekend trip. It was clean. Hot water heater doesn’t keep up. Plan to space taking hot showers. Or you can shower at the main building by the entrance.

Great location. 20 mins from Sanibel.

− Everything functions. Not luxury. Very basic. Worth the cost to be this close to Sanibel. Area is very safe.

− Didn't have hot water so had to use showers by the pool. There is a code to get in that we used. During the shower had a male enter the bathroom proceed to turn off the water and interigate us. Then sent a young child in to ask if we were female in the female bathroom. Very creepy and unprofessional. Reached out but haven't heard anything yet. Hopefully Monday

− the Photos in this advertised isn’t actually currently photo the place dint even have a a/c, the A/C that work make a pool of water dripping out the ceiling, there is no dishwasher, no blanket or bedding, garbage disposal never fund. storage my garbage fir the day I was here 11 day olmos, water hits when off, there is no tv or basics Chanel’s, no internet service
