− Asansör çok eskiydi biraz tedirgin olduk, bir gün bozuldu, onun dışında sıkıntı olmadı
Sweett La Gran Via gerçekten konumu, temizliği ve düzen tertibi ile harikaydı.
10.0Konum harikaydı, çoğu yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Bina ve daireye giriş çok pratikti. Dairenin düzen ve temizliğini gayet iyi bulduğumuzu söyleyebilirim. Hava alanından binaya ve binadan havaalanına ulaşmak çok kolay oldu, hava alanından aerobus ile gelirken indiğimiz durak ve hava alanına aerobus ile giderken bindiğimiz durak yürüme çok kısa mesafedeydi, ayrıca hemen 100 mt. mesafede Urgell (L1 kırmızı hat) metro istasyonu bulunmaktaydı.
− Kaldığımız süre içinde sevmediğimiz hiçbir şey ile karşılaşmadık.

10.0Posizione dell' appartamento ottima, pulito, arredamento accogliente, disponibilità di più supermercati nelle vicinanze, vasta scelta di posti dove mangiare o fare colazione, il personale super gentile e disponibile, insuperabile il servizio di deposito dei bagagli prima di fare il check in e anche dopo aver fatto il check out.
Die Unterkunft entsprach aufgrund der nicht funktionierenden Klimaanlage nicht der Beschreibung, und
2.0− Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht den zugesicherten Bedingungen, da die beworbene Klimaanlage während des Aufenthalts nicht funktionierte. Trotz Meldung des Problems konnte keine rechtzeitige Reparatur durchgeführt werden und als einzige Alternative wurden Ventilatoren angeboten, die keinen angemessenen Ersatz darstellten. Die Unterkunft zeigte sich zudem nicht hilfsbereit und bot keine Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer geeigneten Lösung oder alternativen Unterkunft an. Die fehlende Klimaanlage stellte eine wesentliche Abweichung von der Beschreibung dar.
