− Noisy footsteps day and night, tv do not have good channels. Almost had a fall during check in as the toilet is slippery with soap

− 1) Difficult to using the electric kettle because of it is 2 pin, the plastic pin converter was not available 2) The toilet tends to be unproperly drain. 3) The necessities ( such as plate and bowl ) was glass, not suitable for children.
