9.0The location is good. It takes about 15 mins to Train station, and about 20 to San Marco. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and can easily find shops for many things. Might not be convenient if you have heavy luggage, though. And the landlord is super nice, willing to help if you have specific requests. My own experience: he let me check in earlier and check out a bit later, in accordance with my train schedule!

10.0Très mignon et Idéalement situé et super accueil de Nicolas pour info il n’y a plus de petit déjeuner sur place mais on trouve facilement à moins de 5 minutes

10.0Parto dal presupposto che è stato un soggiorno veramente piacevole. Ci sono solo lati positivi da dover descrivere, partendo dalla camera confortevole, elegante, raffinata e molto pulita. Il silenzio della calle molto apprezzato e la gentilezza e raffinatezza del posto rappresenta anche il proprietario. Torneremo sicuramente con un bel ricordo di questa magnifica città..

− Pokój zaniedbany, wszędzie pełno kurzu, w łazience ze ściany wychodziły mrówki, jeden z ręczników dostaliśmy z jakąś czerwoną plamą, łazienka stara i zaniedbana. Klimatyzacja po włączeniu strasznie śmierdziała grzybem, a przy otwartym oknie nie dało się spać ze względu na zatrważającą ilość komarów. Na pościeli leżały czarne włosy. W całym hotelu dziwnie pachniało.
