Nice view of ocean but unit is well loved. Check in process easy.

The location is good, there is a grassy area and access to public parking across the street. We could sit on the back half of the roof top deck and still see and get the ocean breeze.

− Property not quite as described. Downstairs bathrooms need some work. Kitchen utensils, dishes,cups etc. need updating and are very limited. The coffee maker had molded coffee grounds left in it. The bunk bed mattresses need to be updated, could feel the springs. The listing describes the location as oceanfront and this should be explained more accurately. It is a back unit with a small roof top deck with view of ocean, no oceanfront access from the property. But close to walk to beach access.
