6.0Beautiful building with lots of potential. The rooms have lots of space and high ceilings. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner included. Friendly staff.
− It was so hot in the room even with 2 fans on I didn't sleep at all. The listing made it seem like there was AC but when we arrived we were told AC was double the price. The pool was also under construction which were the 2 reasons we had wanted to stay here.
Bad experience, would not go back.
3.0Cool looking design, modern building and the dinner was good.
− No ac, no hot water, and the pool was emtpy and out of service until further notice. Once I got to the hotel the front desk lady said I could pay more to get a room with ac which was almost double for one night. The room was extremely hot as it has no airflow and the only window faces inside the hotel, there are no windows facing outside. It kind of feels like the rooms are jails cells. I had to get up really early so I wanted to take a shower earlier in the night, that's when I saw there were no towels. I asked for towels multiple times and she kept forgetting, finally after over an hour I went back to the front desk and she gave me one towel. When I finally got to take a shower and got out the floor was super slippery and I only had one towel so couldn't put one on the floor and I almost slipped and fell. Only one thin sheet on the bed to sleep. In the morning, when I went to take a shower, the water was completely shut off for the sink and the shower so I couldnt brush my teeth or shower when I wanted to and was in a rush to get to the airport. I went to the front desk barefoot and the front desk lady was asleep, she got startled and woke up once I said hello a couple times then told her the water was off. She had to call someone on the phone to go cut the water on so I could take a shower. The also offered me a ride to the airport for about triple the price of the price inside the InDrive app. I stayed at 4 different hotels while in Nicaragua and this was by far the worst. Really bad experience, they should be ashamed.
