− lantai melekit.. lack of ventilation.. master room quite smelly when 1st time entering the room.. maybe the smell came from the toilet inside the room.. but got air refreshner.. then better

8.0Walking distance to one of famous nasi kandar restaurant in Arau (hidden gems i can say). Laundry shop available beside the restaurant. Near to groceries shop / car wash / mosque / western food restaurant. Complete aircond unit at all rooms including living room. Very cosy. Even host provide frozen raw chicken / squid inside the fridge - as an option if we wish to cook our own meals. This frozen items is been sold at very reasonable price.
− Host might need to reinstall curtain at the kitchen area. This is to ensure more privacy to the traveler.
The place is super comfort, best for family leisure.. Sure will repeat again to stay..
