− Would have liked a full length mirror in the first floor hallway and also a hand towel per person as well as bath towel but otherwise we had a gorgeous stay.

8.0− The twin beds together were old and uncomfortable. Pillows were very hard. Would be nice to have a separate sheet as the comforter was too hot.

− Great location in city centre - but can be noisy overnight. Worst considering if you are a light sleeper.

8.0The apartment was light and spacious and well equipped. Harrogate is a lovely town - we've been before and will definitely be back!
− No mirror in downstairs bathroom. Downstairs bathroom door sticks when opening and closing. Please put a hand towel in the bathoom. I asked if room fans could be provided - and nobody answered my request. The bed in the back bedroom was quite hard. Perhaps put a topper on it? Hooks in the bathroom and bedroom to hang things - towels for example in the bathroom.

10.0Great location in the town centre. Lots of great pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Just a few minutes' walk from the station. Very comfortable flat with all mod cons beautifully decorated and very clean. Fast responses to our queries, and very helpful. Highly recommended!
− There was a bit of street noise on Saturday night - well, it is in the middle of a busy town - but nothing too bad.
