1.0Die Lage
− Gar nichts, Möbel aus den 70igern, nur Schlafsofas, elektrische Anlage auch total veraltet . Beim Eintritt in die Wohnung flog gleich eine Sicherung raus und Birne der 1. Lampe ging kaputt. Beim kochen hat die ganze Elektrik schlapp gemacht und wir hatten gar kein Strom mehr. Daraufhin haben wir eine andere Unterkunft gesucht und gefunden und sind gleich nach ca. 3 Stunden wieder ausgezogen. Sind noch im Streit mit dem Vermieter die Miete wieder zurück zu bekommen.
Geht aber ist kein Genuss
5.0Die Lage ist gut. Nah zum See und nah zu Cafés, Restaurants und Eisdielen. Parken im Hof.
− Schade, es wäre eigentlich alles vorhanden. Mit wenig Aufwand wäre es zu verbessern. Aber Informationen sind entweder falsch oder nicht vorhanden. ZB wlan, Warmwasser oder Müll. Klappbett hat seine Zeit hinter sich. Gartenmöbel sind dreckig und kaputt. Für drei Tage war es ok aber würde nicht nochmal hin gehen.

6.0Posizione strategica vicino al lago con parcheggio e camera fronte giardino. Molto gradito i condimenti per la cucina e detersivo. Un grazie particolare alla ragazza dell'agenzia che si è prodigata di domenica a farci avere la tv perchè quella presente in appartamento era rotta.
− L'appartamento godrebbe di un rinnovamento generale. I materassi dei divani letto da sostituire (mai dormito così male!) Migliorabile negli spazi interni, meglio solo un divano letto ma comodo e meno ingombrante! Rubinetti da cambiare con miscelatori. Consiglio al proprietario di metterci le mani al più presto!

− Pulizia poco attenta Monolocale adatto per 2 persone Internet ad intermittenza. Abbiamo avvisato che il cavo della TV era rotto ma nessuno ha dato assistenza..... Essendo andati per gare sportive non siamo mai stati tanto in casa.... Posto da ritornare....sul residence si vedrà

6.0Die Lage ist super zum See und schön ruhig und mit Garten. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt.
− Der laute Kühlschrank in dem 1-Zimmer-Apartment stört beim Schlafen. Die Matratzen des oberen Doppelbetts waren uns zu weich. Man kann die Betten nicht ausgeklappt lassen. Dann ist es zu eng, jedenfalls im unteren Bereich mit dem Esstisch. Wir hatten aber trotzdem eine schöne Zeit dort.
