10.0Place was exactly as advertised, and the electronic key pad locks made it super easy to access after we made a last minute reservation.
− Bathroom is a little on the smaller side, but not a problem for our short stay.

− Just a noise all night long from upstair.
Perfect for our needs. Nice to have so much space and really liked the neighborhood.
9.0Great location with easy parking on street. Walkable to some fun restaurants and located in a peaceful residential neighborhood conveniently close to the highway. Very spacious, bright and so many bedrooms! Super comfortable beds and large kitchen. Very clean! Easy to communicate with host! Felt very secure.
− I would definitely return. Older house so walls/floors are acoustically thin but not a problem.

9.0The property was very clean and cozy. There was ample space to spread out and not feel crowded. Towels and wash cloths and some toiletries were included, complimentary coffee and filtered water were provided.
− We were not able to get the TV to work but that could have been as simple as replacing the batteries in the remote. The apartment is on the second floor so keep that in mind if you need a place that is handicap accessible.

8.0ideally located in the heart of a residential neighborhood popular with Yale students and faculty. nice cafes, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Nice 4 bedroom apartment with all you need. clean, comfy beds, ac in each room. communication with landlord was smooth.
− we stayed in unit 2 on the 2nd floor. the neighbors upstairs on the 3rd floor were noisy (the ceiling is very thin, and we could hear them walk around till very late into the night). a pity considering that the neighborhood is quiet. there were no kettle, no can opener, and not enough cutlers in the kitchen. kitchen is quite small. only one bathroom.
