Lovely stay with my family

− Tired needs some TLC. Could do with throwing all the pillows on the beds out and buying new ones. Bathroom could have been cleaner as could have the freezer

− Didn't feel it had been cleaned, the cleaning equipment was poor. We left cleaner than when we arrived. The railings on the decking were too wide for small dog . The outside decking was dirty and table covered in dirty stagnant water. Could have been set up ready to use. No facilities available on site.
Lovely location, but more care needs to be taken over problems reported.

− Reported TV didn't work, no one came to sort it. Gas boiler had not been left on for heating, so rung to report it. On a two night stay I would rather have not spent my time reporting issues.
