Te duur voor wat het was (ivgl met de aanpalende huisjes)
6.0− Versleten tuintafel. Geen ligstoelen (bij de buren wel). Geen muggenramen ondanks dicht bij meertje (bij de buren wel muggenramen). Onvoldoende gekuist (ondanks hoge kost voor kuiswerk). Vuil kussen in de schommelstoel.
