10.0Top-Ausstattung, direkter Blick auf Nordsee und Yachthafen, sehr großzügig und wohnlich, fußläufig zur Bäckerei und zum Einkaufszentrum mit Spar-Supermarkt, Fisch- und Feinkostladen, trotzdem sehr ruhig

− Kein Fenster zum öffnen, Nutzung der Sauna/Pool nur über Kellerzugang zum Hotel möglich
Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung mit Verbesserungspotential.
6.0Die Lage der Wohnung war super. Die Größe und Einrichtung war auch schön.
− Die Matratzen waren zu weich. Leider hat keiner von uns gut geschlafen. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern ließen sich nicht öffnen. Lüften also nicht möglich. Die Bedienung der Fernseher hat nach Besuch eines Technikers am zweiten Tag funktioniert. Für die Beleuchtung hätten uns einfache Lichtschalter genügt. Es fehlte ein Wasserkocher und ein Toaster.
