Very Very disappointed

− 1.No air conditioning this was shown on details as being available had major impact on holiday.After complaining it took 4 days to delivery additional fans to overcome this problem one of which came un assembled had to borrow screwdriver from neighbouring apartment to assemble.Fortunately my brother lives nearby so we were able to borrow extension leads from him in order to use the fans. 2.Exterior terraces were totally unusable everything very dusty had to hose down before we could use , more than just a thin layer of dust obviously had not been cleaned for some weeks.Very different to the photos on website details hanging plants on rear terrace all dead and shrivelled up.Outdoor furniture had to be thoroughly hosed down and washed before it could be used . 3.Settee was cover in poorly fitted cover which was filthy settee itself was disgusting disintegrating and pieces flaking of onto floor had to be swept after settee used . 4.Curtains ragged and torn ,seal on at least two windows faulty making it impossible to look through them this was obviously a long term problem as there was a large buildup of condensation and mildew on both windows. 5.Lack of table knives only 2 ,no iron received one after 4 days. I have photos of all of the above if you require them overall very very disappointing experience great pity as the apartment could potentially have been great as location and views from rear terrace were great.Obviously the lack of air conditioning was the main problem would never have booked this apartment had l know as l have spent many holidays in Malta and know it is essential especially during July. The apartment details clearly states air conditioning and continue to do so which is clearly a breach of trading stands police’s and misleading,l shall be pursuing now back in the Uk. May l suggest checks are carried out on the apartments advertised to ensure they matchup to the details given and the photos shown as reality in this case is very different .
