8.0Iako je apartman u mirnom delu Madrida, dolazak do centra je jednostavan jer je dobra povezanost metro linijom. U okolini smeštaja su market, prodavnice, barovi, apoteka, sve je tu, a i metro je jako blizu. U okolini je javni parking koji je besplatan.
− Apartman se nalazi se u prizemlju do ulice, nemoguće je otvoriti širom prozor, niti vrata s obzirom na to da prolaze ljudi stalno, pa teško provetriti prostor.

10.0Coincide con la descripción, buena ubicación tiene cerca paradas de bus, supermercado y tiendas. Fueron muy amables las personas con las que tuve contacto, respondieron rápido y estuvieron muy atentos.
Repetiré sin duda.
9.0Zona muy tranquila. Estaba muy limpio todo. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión y la entrega de llaves.
− Ruido en la calle y creo que el frigorífico. Aconsejo aislar acústicamente puerta de entrada.

10.0Fueron muy atentos desde el principio, nos indicaron lugares de interés y de utilidad cercanos como restaurantes y tiendas. También facilitan en el apartamento un mapa del metro que resulta bastante útil. El apartamento está limpio y provisto de todo lo necesario para una estancia que te anime a repetir. Además tiene a 400m una estación de metro que ayuda a moverse por la ciudad cómodamente.
