8.0Unterkunft war sehr gut, für die ganze Wohnung mit maximal 5 Personen gibt es eine Toilette/Bad.
− Mit offenen Fenster kann man wegen des Kopfsteinpflaster und EG Lage nicht schlafen, aber ich habe es geschlossen.

Irreführende Anzeige, mangelhafte Sauberkeit machten den Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuschend.
4.0Die Lage war gut und man konnte alles gut erreichen. Zudem hatten wir Glück, dass keine anderen Gäste während unseres Aufenthalts da waren.
− Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht der Beschreibung. Die Anzeige ist irreführend, da nicht klar angegeben wird, dass es sich um ein Gemeinschaftsapartment handelt und nicht um eine private Wohnung. In Wirklichkeit teilt man sich Bad und Küche mit anderen – das ist ein wesentlicher Unterschied, der verschwiegen wurde. Eine Stornierung war aufgrund der Bedingungen nicht möglich. Auf unsere Anfrage reagierte der Besitzer nicht verständnisvoll und verwies lediglich auf Booking, ohne eine Lösung anzubieten. Der Umgang mit Kunden ist aus unserer Sicht inakzeptabel. Zudem war das Apartment bei Ankunft unsauber. Als Begründung wurde genannt, dass die Reinigungskraft krank sei. Dennoch ist es nicht akzeptabel, Gäste unter solchen Bedingungen unterzubringen. Wir mussten alle selbst reinigen, um dort bleiben zu können.
