7.0O apto é igual está nas fotos.Muito bom! Tem tudo que precisamos lá(ferro de passar roupa,secador de cabelo,forno,micro-ondas, misteira,panelas,louças, talheres,copos,máquina de lavar roupa). O prédio é bem novo,recepção muito cheirosa e limpa. Ao lado do prédio tem pizzaria,restaurante de esfirra e vários outros comércios. Morgana, nossa anfitriã, é muito simpática, cuidadosa e profissional.
− O sofá é que está com bastante cheiro de ácaro e precisando de uma boa higienização. Achei que tem um pouco mais de 1.200mt da praia central. Um pouco longe,mas conseguimos ir a pé para praia.

10.0Que apartamento incrível!! É bem localizado, ao lado do campus da Univali, as instalações são ótimas e pra quem vai ficar por mais dias tem uma máquina de lavar excelente!
− Eu sugeriria apenas um ferro de passar roupas. Tem uma taboa de passar roupas na lavanderia, só faltou um ferro mesmo.
