7.0Great location and nice apartment, great terrace with a view. It is really a pity that the service was not on the same level.
− We arrived around 8 p.m. and we were left with no towels at all, having a child of 4Y it was quite 'inconvenient'. The contact person (Tommaso) was not replying neither on msgs or calls (although indicated that reachable till 10 pm). After 2h of trials I had to call the central line to get back to me. All I got a voice message asking me if I have checked well! I was forced to use the bed sheets as towels and asked to bring the new set plus missing towels the first thing in the morning. The morning after Tommaso kept us waiting in the apartment till 10:30 (!) after which called saying that people passed by but no-one was there to open the door hence they simply dropped towels on the street on the ground so I can go and pick them up (!). The best part of it that the condominium door was open all the morning. Let me also mention that there were no trash bags, trash bins in bathrooms also could help, but it is only minor issue / nice to have compared to the first point.
