10.0Lokal położony w bardzo spokojnej dzielnicy. Dojście do jeziora w parę minut, do restauracji w centrum około 10 minut spacerem. Dobre połączenie z innymi miejscowościami (prom i pociąg). Nie trzeba używać samochodu, żeby zwiedzać okoliczne miejscowości. Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Położone na dwóch piętrach. Byliśm w 5 osób, dużo miejsca (3 sypialnie, 2 łazienki, salon z kuchnią). Miejsce w garażu może pomieścić 2 małe samochody (Fiat Panda).
