Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the host’s honesty in informing me about the clogged sink caused by earlier guests & arranging for the maintenance team to resolve the issue before my arrival.

− The security guards asked for our booking details every time we entered, even though we had already registered/informed them that we were staying for three nights.

Big hall and have swimming pool.big rooms with many beds. Agent is very responsive.Deposit money is returned very fast.

− Swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Parking is crowded. Hall only has a transparent curtain. Kitchen too small.

The space and surrounding area - safe

− The property was rated 9.3 on Google, but the actual condition was deeply disappointing. The house was filthy and clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. The swimming pool was dirty, with balloons left inside, and appeared poorly maintained. The kitchen was greasy and unpleasant, with a dirty fridge and an unwashed, dried-out air fryer. Overall, the house was dusty, unhygienic, and had flies throughout. The lack of cleanliness significantly affected our mood and comfort during the stay, and it was not acceptable given the price we paid. Many of the facilities were also in poor condition or broken, which further added to the disappointment. The host is based in the UK, so communication was affected by the time difference. That said, he was responsive when contacted and did try his best to assist. Unfortunately, responsiveness alone could not make up for the poor condition of the property. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations or reflect the high rating advertised.
