10.0I loved the open floor plan, and how spacious the home was, we are a family of 9 and everyone was very comfortable.
− I appreciate the playpen for our littlest member, child friendly dishes would be something to think about.

9.0Convenient to Lafortune tennis. Enough beds for our group. No carpet floors. Easy cleanup. Shower supplies. Updated features. Good communications.
− Could have some extra bedding for optional spaces (office, couch). Additional dishes, glasses in kitchen would be nice.
