5.0− Football all night till 12,couldnt get a proper shower either red hot or freezing with turning button in shower boys very dissappointed

1.0− THE PLACE IS COVERED IN BED BUGS. I have never in my life had bedbugs in my house. I went to this caravan at the end of March and came back beginning of April and now my house is infested and I am covered in bites. I have not been away/ stayed anywhere else other than this caravan and my house in the the past month. I’ve messaged the owners and they said that at the tests where done in March but they didn’t confirm how long before I came they were done

− Radiant heater wasn't working. Felt extremely cold. How difficult it would be for someone to stay without heater in UK in the night time

− That it was right by were the children played football at 8 in the morning everyday I was there the caravan was freezing cold had to have the fire on all day bathroom windows were broke n letting in a lot cold bedroom was freezing and living room there was no rags or cleaning supplies had to buy them myself bed was uncomfortable had to sleep on the quilt and use the single quilts to cover with
