7.0Tina and Yasmin are good hosts, the place is near to the city center and beds were spectacular. The place has good tools for cooking and it was so quiet.
− There were no shampoo in the bathroom. On our arrival we were told that the water was limited and that we had to take short showers and wash things in such and such a way. That did not seem sincere to us, since the host did communicate to request payment of the reservation in advance but not to tell us that the water was limited. Just after the 50% payment they sent us a sheet with the rules of the place where it was told the thing about water and other details. So, if we wouldn't agree we would lose our half payment. The wi fi is only for cell phones, a laptop never loads websites. Electricity is often cut in the town, so it is advisable to bring extra chargers for cell phones and cameras. Because there were no bill, you need to take a print of the reservation when you go out from the Natural Reserve, otherwise the gendarmes will charge you the entrance again. That was unconfortable in a place were cellphone signal is limited. We had a stressfull time in the entrance of the National Natural Reserve. I think that before asking for payment of the reservation these things should be noted because we had a moment of stress when the apartments ran out of water, by default the hostesses thought that we had been to blame and it had not been like that. Puerto Pirámides is a place far from everything, and getting there is tiring, being told that you should take an express shower after a long trip is a bit frustrating. I would prefer to know all the details before confirming the reservation. None of it appeared in Booking, I guess it was for marketing reasons :/
