− La comida, en relación a lo que se paga la comida no se siente de buena calidad, no sabía mal pero la relación calidad-precio no concordaba, se sentía comida barata/regular a alto precio.

− Las camas tenían chinches y picaron a mi esposo en su espalda tomamos videos como se movían en la cama, fuimos a reportarlo mandaron a un empleado y solo querían cambiar la ropa de cama, pedimos qué nos cambiaran de habitación se negaron diciendo qué estaba lleno solo tenían 3 habitaciones ocupadas 😓
