7.0Die Betten waren bequem, man hat eine eigene Terasse zum Aufenthalt. Man kann sich selbst was kochen. Durch die getrennten Schlafzimmer haben alle ihre Privatsphäre. Der See ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten und mit dem Auto im 5 erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft drum herum ist ruhig, man kann gut schlafen.
− Sauberkeit: Verbesserungswürdig. Leichter Schimmel in Badfugen, kein Staub gewischt augenscheinlich. Terasse augenscheinlich nicht gefegt. Ausstattung: Duschvorhang hing in der Mitte runter, Halterung kaputt. Zu wenige Schlüssel. Bei 5 Leuten reicht einer nicht aus. Türschloss Unterkunft einfacher Bartschlüssel, könnte mit Draht geknackt werden, wenig Sicherheitsgefühl dadurch. Upgraden. Die Fenster lassen sich nur auf Kipp öffnen, dadurch wird es schnell stickig in der Wohnung. Einrichtung: Könnte gemütlicher gestaltet werden. Es alles wirkte etwas kühl. An vielen Wänden waren noch die Spuren erschlagener Mücken, da die Fliegengitter alle irgendwo ein Loch hatten. Das könnte man weg machen zwischen den Gästen. Ein paar Bilder, eine Garderobe für Jacken im Flur, ein bisschen Deko würde einfach gut tun.
