The location was amazing. The apartment was so nice very clean. The building was really cool inside and the open style elevator shaft amazed my daughter. The roof has such an amazing view plenty of spread out seating so multiple groups can be up there without it being weird. They even have a grill up there.

− The big things were The first day the elevator stopped working for a couple hours. We skipped out on going out while it was down because that’s a lot of steps along with all the walking to do the exploring we wanted to do. The next day we went to go to an escape room I booked and then the gate to the parking lot wouldn’t open and we were trapped for a while and couldn’t make it in time and it was too late to cancel and get refund so I was out $180 over that. By the 3rd I started breaking out in a rash that I thought were hives so I started washing everything it what I use at home. They do have a washer and dryer but they’re both so tiny. You couldn’t even wash 3 towels at the same time. Then every load no matter how small and thin things were took 3 hours to dry so it was a constant game of leaving and coming back to the place to switch the laundry over. We’d packed knowing there was a washer and dryer there so we ended up going clothes shopping since we couldn’t wash what we had like we planned. By the 6th day the hives had gotten unbearable so we didn’t even stay the last night and left at like 10 o’clock so we could make the drive home and I could go to the doctor. The doctor thought it was bed bugs. Since the host had already reached out and asked about the stay and I told them everything they claimed they were going to reach out the following Monday I reached out to them after I left the doctors letting them know and they wanted to see my doctors visit paperwork as if I’d lie about what they said. I was just trying to help them out by giving them the heads up to check out the apartment before someone else was staying there. Then they said they’d get an exterminator and follow up when they got the report. That was Saturday. Never heard from them until I reached out again later that week and they just said there was no bed bugs there and they’d send the report when they got it.

The location was perfect for the metro and the arch (both 1 block away), and to the center of downtown (10 minute walk). The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and rooftop patio provided a spectacular views.

It was clean and modern, very spacious and functional. Perfect set up for us with two bedrooms. Proximity to Metro and the Arch Gateway Park was great.

− We had some slow drainage in the bathroom sink and shower. There were not a lot of restaurants nearby, especially for breakfast.

Overall exceeded expectations at a great value!

Location, space (beautifully renovated loft building), ease of groceries, meals, and entertainment. Our son had his wedding across the street, and it could not have been any more convenient! Parking was open air but secure and fully gated.

− I would recommend more than one building fob per unit as we had several adults at each of the units we rented.

The apartment was excellent and located in a great area.

Like a home away from home, well stocked with everything. Beds were super comfortable. Location - near Metrolink and Cobblestone Deli downstairs for supplies. Roof deck view of Arch and surrounding area was awesome. Excellent communication with Hosts and easy check-in/out process.

− Number of towels in the bathroom - for staying more than a few days a couple more towels would be helpful.
