7.0Amplio y cómodo, solo una de las camas era demasiado baja por lo cual era más incomoda. El acceso por carretera es cómodo, tiene transporte publico cerca y supermercados. Plaza de parking amplia.
− Las habitaciones estaban poco equipadas. Al apartamento le hace falta mantenimiento y quizás diría que hasta una reforma. La limpieza tampoco era demasiado exhaustiva, el suelo no estaba excesivamente sucio pero no estaba del todo limpio.

7.0Hay dos baños. El aire acondicionado es continuo sin interrupción. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo.
− Hubo deficiencias en los cubiertos pequeños. E incluso el número de cucharas grandes era limitado. Los platos, las copas, todos tenían un número limitado, no eran abundantes. También los utensilios de limpieza como esponjas y limpieza de fritos, estas cosas no existían. Cuando alquilé el otro departamento, lo tenía disponible.Igualmente. La máquina de café no estaba disponible. Y está escrito que hay una cafetera, pero es solo un hervidor de agua caliente.

− The heat it was restricted, the fridge didn't work (they replaced after 5 days) water in the kitchen linking, water in the pool frosted, dirty in the bathroom, all kitchen accessories old and full of rust.

8.0La place de parking est spacieuse. Nous avons reçu 2 jeux de clés de l'appartement. Le logement est grand et les lits confortables. Les transports en commun métro et tram sont à proximité. Le logement est chauffé et des chauffages d'appoint supplémentaires sont disponibles. Pèse personne et sèche cheveux disponibles dans les toilettes. Cuisine plutôt bien équipée. Lave vaisselle, lave linge et fer à repasser à disposition. Notre frigo ne fonctionnait pas à l'arrivée. Nous l'avons signalé et il a été changé.
− Absence de papier essuie-tout dans la cuisine Absence de poubelle dans les toilettes Absence de saladier à la cuisine Absence de papier toilette supplémentaire dans une réserve. Pas non plus de savon de toilette ni de gel douche, shampooing et savon pour les mains. J'avais ramené mon éponge de vaisselle et mon liquide vaisselle, je ne sais pas s'il y en avait. Les fenêtres donnant sur une rue passante et parfois mal fréquentée, il arrivait d'entedre du bruit dans la nuit.
