− El dormitorio necesita una buena limpieza, hay mucho polvo debajo de la cama y en la parte alta de los muebles. El colchón está muy manchado, causa una muy mala impresión, deberían cambiarlo.

Poor experience in the Heart of Bath
3.0Great location for a short term tourist stay in Abbey area of Bath
− Apartment preparation looked as if it wasn't completed and had been rushed. Complete details were sent to property manager but it was deemed that we were negligent in delaying complaint. Unit is overpriced, but Bath is an expensive destination. It is buyer beware, as you have paid in full before seeing the unit. With less than 18 hours to spend in Bath, the apartment was not good value for the money. Have decided NOT to use Booking.com in the future after being a client for many years. The value proposition of many of their offerings has declined and units like these in high volume locations are tired and wanting.

− Would be great to have a microwave and some complimentary bottled water atleast.
