9.0Great location - lovely area and an easy walk to the city centre. Loved the roof terrace. We stayed in a heatwave and the downstairs bedrooms with fans were nice and cool.
− Needed a little maintenance in places - we had to fix the shower, the freezer desperately needs defrosting and the door fixing, and the fridge didn’t work brilliantly. We had to whack it up to full to get any cooling from it.
Lovely space to stay, was perfect for our needs.
10.0Clean, lots of space, nice area to stay, had everything you needed, good water pressure in the en suite, kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Lots of positives can’t complain!
− Some of the spotlights in the lounge need attention. So nothing major, didn’t affect the stay at all!

9.0The house and area is beautiful, on a gated estate parking for 2 cars, a gem of a place in central Nottingham. The house was clean and tidy and the host kindly allowed us an earlier check in as we arrived early. Communication was simple and really fast with responses. We will absolutely be staying again!!
− No bad points! Maybe a small amount of TLC required to maintain an exceptional standard.

10.0This was our second year staying at the property which has had upgrades even since our last visit. The house is the perfect size and the location is stunning. Very easy walk to town
