Everything was very good. Very clean and organized. Great management team and maintenance, would definitely stay again!

− It was a little bit chilly but we didnt ask for them to up the heat, I am sure they would if we asked.

The location was great

− We had issues with the property management. I got a call about the day before our stay and they said that due to some damage the guests before us caused, they were going to need to move us to another property for our entire stay. We agreed. Then just hours before check in I get a call saying their team managed to fix the property except they did some painting in the bathroom so we wouldn’t be able to use the shower for a full day. When I asked why we couldn’t just stay at the second location that they had moved us to, they said they made a mistake and had allowed someone else to rent that property. I inquired multiple times about getting a refund for one night of our stay for the hassle and not being able to use the shower, and it’s nearly been a month with no response.
