9.0Świetna lokalizacja. Apartament czysty, duży, cichy, bardzo wygodne materace.
− Podłoga w salonie uginała się dość mocno przy chodzeniu, w jednej łazience był problem z ciepłą wodą, która raz była przez chwilę, potem przez dłuższy czas jej nie było - prawdopodobnie zepsuty jest mieszacz. W kuchni były mrówki.

10.0Alles war Bestens, eine schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung, in der man den Barcelona-Aufenthalt wunderbar genießen kann. Schlüsselübergabe von Sarah ging schnell und dabei gab es noch viele nützliche Informationen, Anregungen und Erklärungen. Fazit: empfehlenswert!

Please take into account the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80 euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80 euros.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
