− Beds. Stairs (way too steep.. almost ladder). Average cleaning upon arrival (oven, fridge). No bin bags.

Wi-Fi was good.

− Housekeeping poor. Starter pack inadequate. Management follow up was poor - after 12 emails still no requested products supplied. Stairs to upper floor extremely steep and very narrow tread. Shower in bath is hazard for older people. No safety mat in shower.

Have stayed in this property several times when attending the Nantwich Food Festival. Great location and short walk into the middle of town

− Property is starting to show signs of wear, just cosmetic and does not affect the overall quality of stay
