− Area drunks kicking about felt uncomfortable as gathering out side chemist downstairs and street corners
"Looked good on the surface, but ended dishonestly"
1.0Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. After my stay, I was unfairly accused of damaging the sofa, which was clearly old and worn from the beginning – sagging and unstable. My £300 deposit was withheld, and I was asked to pay an additional £150. While the apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, the way I was treated as a guest is completely unacceptable. As a Booking.com Genius Level 3 user with extensive experience renting properties in the UK and abroad, I have never encountered anything like this. I always take good care of the places I stay and leave them in excellent condition. This time, I feel I was simply taken advantage of. I strongly advise against booking this property and warn others about this host’s questionable practices.

Lousy for me
3.0Didnt like much as i was in the sofa bed which i can only say was the most uncomfortable 4 nights of my life. That thing isnt fit for purpose and is afront too advertise as a bed the vbathroom sink is so small you cant shave in it The bathroom was freezing no radiator but a towel rail it heats towels not the room. The worst accommodation ive had in sunderland
− I didnt like much. You are next to a homeless unit and theres a lot of undesirables around Hot water for doing dishes was temperamental Theres better propertiesv about. Wont be back
