Padrone di casa davvero gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo contrattempo durante il soggiorno e si è reso subito disponibile per aiutarci. Posizione ottima: in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva al mare, in 15 al centro di San Benedetto e in 20 in centro a Grottammare bassa. Casa fornita di tutto.

Soggiorno ottimo, Roberto un ragazzo solare e veramente disponibile in tutto e per tutto. Attico con un terrazzo veramente stupendo e non che l'appartamento sia da meno, ben curato e pulito, per non parlare del bagno appena ristrutturato, veramente bello!. È un arrivederci di sicuro, perche torneremo.
