− Not been cleaned .. damp small .. back of property was brocken tables ans chairs .. mold in bathroom .mattresses were not clean .. could be a lovely holiday chalat.. windows cover in bird poop .. no window was clean .. I will be looking for a part refund .. I do have pics of all things wrong if you need 2 see them

10.0The lock-box was easy to access to get the key. Everything was organized and there was even an dehumidifier.

2.0− Chalet was not very clean, we would not use any of kitchen appliances as they looked dirty. Was not told that we had to pay for electric, Had problems with the card for the meter. The double bed mattress was torn and did not fit .

9.0Nice location and easy to find. Just enough space to park 1 car outside and the self check-in process was easy with key in the lock box. No problems once we were inside, electric was on and everything we needed like duvets, pillows and kitchen utensils were all there. And the chalet was clean.
− No major issues but the pillows were very firm and not comfortable to sleep on. There was a slight damp smell in the main bedroom but wasn't overpowering.
