it’s a very spacious apartment with a beautiful view towards mountains. well equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms. Luca was an excellent host - great communication, adjustment to our needs. we had fresh orange juice daily ( oranges and apricots from Luca’s garden), nicely cold limoncello. few places to eat within walking distance. great location for either exploring mountains, or short driving distance to the beach.

Todo perfecto, mejor que las fotos incluso. Tres habitaciones con cama doble, 2 baños, todas las comodidades en la cocina. Una terraza con una vista preciosa. Luca súper amable. Aparcamiento justo delante de la entrada.

La casa è davvero splendida e confortevole. Essendo in alto e immersa nel verde, la sera siamo stati molto freschi. La gentilezza, l’accoglienza e la disponibilità di Luca ci hanno lasciato increduli. Avere a che fare con persone così non è mai scontato!

Een zeer ruime beneden woning! Fijne douche met goede waterstraal. Fijne (stevige) kussens. Uitgebreide keuken inventaris en een wasmachine! Luca is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij had zelfs nog lekkere koekjes voor onze kinderen neergelegd.
− Ons bed (een van de 3 slaapkamers) had een vrij hard matras. Daar is de een wat blijer mee dan de ander ;) De weg vanaf olbia naar baunei door de bergen heen was prachtig, maar de spuugbakjes waren helaas wel nodig.
