Worse experience ever
1.0Nothing. At the time of Checking I called the host to get the key that’s when she said the property is no longer available for rent. I told her I traveled with kids and I have no other arrangements and she said she doesn’t care and can’t do anything. She told me to call Booking.com so they can figure it out. That was a total shock to me. I could not believe it.
