− Ktinet era muito gelada. Com Ar Condicionado somente frio. O anúncio tem que ser mais específico quando se refere ar condicionado. Que funciona somente no modo frio!

− Poderia melhorar o chuveiro e porta do Box. Por ser porta de vidro pra rua, passou sensação de insegurança, mas o bairro é bem tranquilo.
