Good and Bad bits.

The appartment was on the on 5th floor. There was a lift so this was ok. Inside was clean and to a good standard. On arrival it was nice & hot inside, been to other places and they hadn't turned heating on, so this was a nice welcome. Thankyou. The location was very good, we soon learned a cut through that leads to the Gondola but to be fair your very close (4 mins walk) to the road that holds all the bars and resturants. Best resturant we loved for their steaks was THE HOUSE.

− The bathroom had a small issue with the toilet not being bolted to the floor. The kitchen is lacking some equipment. Only 1 sharp knife. No pizza cutter. No coffee maker contrary to advert. This bit was a real problem for us... We are a family with 2 children they were in bed at 10 pm as we were skiing early etc. We could hear people walking down the corridors, ringing doorbells of other appartments and was woken up most nights by others coming home 2 or 4 apartments away at 3am etc. The advert says there is sound proofing. I say... Not a chance, no way is there any sound proofing, could hear next doors conversations clearly at 2 or 3am. Very annoying. There is a beautiful swimming pool. However its empty and reception told us its broken and didn't know when it gets repaired. We stayed for 7 nights. We had 4 bath Towels and 4 small face towels. On day 3 I requested that the towels are changed and I was told bluntly No. You are not part of the hotel so, No.... Sure but surly we get a towel change right... so I text owner on this app only to be told No again. We managed.

The apartment was clean and easy to find. All communication with the owner was easy and quick. Very quiet and convenient place to stay. The apartment was warm with some nice views.

− The spa facilities were out of order

Our host Victoria is very professional and attentive. She provided all the necessary information for our stay in advance. Although we could only communicate through whatsapp, she responded quickly to our messages. Thank you, we hope to be your guest again soon! The apart and all amenities were true to their description on Booking.com. Nicely and functional decorated, bathroom and kitchen very clean, no issues (leak, smell etc.) at all. Instant hot water both in bathroom and kitchen. Bed very comfortable, sofa so-so. Fridge, microwave, water boiler all working flawless. Wifi was fast enough for us (occasiınal whatsapp video calls and web surfing) We didn't have breakfast at the apart's cafe, so can't comment on that. Location is very convenient and quiet at night. Pirin street 5 min.s Gondola station 8 min.s by walking.

− Weary travellers (like us) may confuse the "Hotel" part with the "Apart" of the building complex. No big deal, but some personnel at the reception of the Hotel part are trying to help, some other just shrug off.
