Két főre, pár napra nekünk megfelelő volt a mérete. Recepción kedves, segítőkész hölgy volt. Jó reggeliző és vacsorázási lehetőség van a földszinti étteremben. Csendes volt annak ellenére, hogy egy nagy központi parkolóra és a Tauplitzalm fizetős út bejáratára nézett az erkélyünk.

− Az erkély egy nagy parkolóra nézett, persze azért részben a hegyek is látszottak, és az erdő.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Auffahrt zur Tauplitz ist gut. Das Haus ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber gut gepflegt und macht auch einen sauberen Gesamteindruck.

− Wir hatten das Apartment 209, welches der Bewertung zugrunde liegt. Das Mobiliar ist alt, abgenutzt und teilweise desolat. Auf der Matratze befindet sich ein großer brauner Fleck (Foto), die Beleuchtung im Bad ist so schlecht, dass Rasieren nicht möglich ist, der Ventilator am WC hat die Lautstärke und Vibration eines Motors, das Internet funktioniert leider auch nicht, in der Uhr im Wohnraum war eine alte Batterie, sprich die Uhr steht, der TV Apparat funktioniert, aber die Programme nur vereinzelt, es gibt keinerlei Informationen dazu. Die Lichtschalter fürs Bad und Zimmer sind hinter dem Kühlschrank bzw. einem Kasten versteckt (Fotos). Laut Beschreibung gibt es einen Lift, nur dass er nicht funktioniert, steht nicht dort. Wir mussten unser gesamtes Gepäck in den zweiten Stock tragen, es gab keine Hilfe der Mitarbeiter, nur Schulterzucken.

Die Lage und das easy Check in bzw out! Und die Sauberkeit des Apartment

− Es wäre super gewesen wenn es eine Kaffeemaschine gegeben hätte aber das schmälert jetzt nicht unbedingt die Zufriedenheit!
