10.0Todo,Mario el dueño te hace sentir como en casa, te ayuda en todo lo posible, y si necesitas desayunar o cenar el te lo puede solucionar, incluso te hace un tour por el lago, y nos llevo a la reserva de Arcas(centro de recuperación de animales), haciéndonos de guía, todo perfecto

10.0Todo, el hotel muy bien, y el dueño hace lo posible para que te encuentres cómodo, te puede guardar las bebidas o comidas en su nevera, y siempre dispuesto a llevarte o traerte en su lancha, también te dirá que sitio puedes visitar,nos acompaño a la reserva de Arcas, haciéndonos de guía

10.0Todo perfecto,bonita localización, muy buena persona el dueño, te ayuda en lo posible, también nos hizo un desayuno muy bueno y saludable, cuando se lo pedimos, también nos hizo sándwich tanto para cenar como para llevarnos de excursión

10.0Muito feliz de ter escolhido esse lugar para ficar em Flores. Mario e seu filho, Leandro, nos receberam muito bem. As idas de barco para ilha eram um passeio a parte. Ainda é possível nadar e alugar um kayak, foi tudo excelente. Eles nos ajudaram com os passeios para Tikal e a ida para Belize

9.0Todo, un sitio muy tranquilo, no es de lujos pero tienes lo mejor, tranquilidad, paisajes, don Mario y su hijo Leandro personas muy amables y serviciales
